1st day on lowest point range

I had my first day on the lowest point range and here is how it went. I still need to get some tea and make some 0 point soup, but the first day went OK.

FF Cherry Yogurt w/1 T. flax seed (2 PTS)

2 slices English Muffin bread, toasted (2 PTS)

1 T. RF Peanut Butter (2 PTS)

2 cups raw cauliflower (0 PT)

14 FF pretzel sticks (1 PT)

Lettuce salad w/tomatoes, green pepper and red onion (0 PTS)

2 slices Cub WW bread, toasted (1 PT)

1 slice 2% Kraft American cheese (1 PT)

1 cup Black Bean soup (2 PTS)

1 apple (1 PT)

3 Garden Herb Triscuits (1 PT)

1 turkey burger (4 PTS)

1 slice Kraft RF American cheese (1 PT)

1 Village Hearth Light WW bun (1 PT)

dab Dijon mustard and FF Mayo (0 PT)

Lettuce, tomato, red onion (0 PT)

2 cups steamed broccoli (0 PT)

1 energy bar (2 PTS)

1 banana (2 PTS)

23 PTS for the day

72 ounces water

I will see what tomorrow brings but I felt very satisfied today!

That is an excellent food journal...And I think your food

choices are what will be right for you and losing...As I said,

I, " just because " lowered my range...I find I'm not as hungry as

before..and I still can make great choices...I'll try to get to

computer in awhile to post my journal for yesterday....

I am so proud of your accomplishments...You are doing a great
