Ann-Marie,

I'm relieved to hear it was just an infection. I can't imagine how relieved

you were, either! I do think you should complain about your ill-treatment.

That's awful. When I hear things like this, it just makes me wonder how

anything ever gets accomplished with all these medical idiots around.

Good luck with your appt. Keep us updated! :)

Ann- Marie,

Post us right away after your u/s! I am glad things seem to be going

well for your pg. And I think you are right, everything is going to be ok. I

just can't believe that your medical communitity is so dumb about EP's.

Someone with a previous EP could die before they even knew what was

happening. Another upside of living in the old US of A. I can't wait to hear

about your u/s! Tahnks for letting us know how you are doing, ((HUGS)))) Ki

Hi e

You are right to assume i do not live in the States. I live in

Liverpool, England.

I was interested to read that you too were diagnosed prior to your ep

as having a baby in the womb. This also happened to me. It was

diagnosed by a senior doctor on two occasions and by the sonographer

on two occasions. After the ep was diagnosed 10 days lated I was

informed that I never had one in the womb after all. When I returned

to see the consultant for my follow up and complained that I could

have died due to a misdiagnosis I was informed that I had had a

heterotopic pregnancy...that is one in the womb and one in the

tube!!!!!!!

Anyway, just food for thought. Hope to speak soon.
