It is a hand held instrument where she can access her e-mail, use as a phone or better than that it can be used as a TTY! It is a bit expensive but I am sure it is going to be a life saver for her. I think it would be of great benefit to you too. It is through T-mobile but you can get it at stores and such. Most of all you can order one on the Internet.
