Keep up the hard work Cris and it will pay off eventually! These nasty little lbs didnt jump on overnite and arent going to leave that way, but by making good choices we'll get rid of em eventually! You sound like you are much loved and cherished by your ! Thats good for the motivation! Just keep on plugging and those lbs will keep on falling off! Hope you get to feeling better quickly!

Down 29.5 lbs.

Hello, everyone.I've been on vacation with my honey in Tucson. Caught a really bad cold and ended up in Urgent Care but still went in for my weigh-ins.After that gain of 7 or so pounds putting me at 333 lb.s despite eating right, I weighed in at 324 lbs. on 12/16/01 and at 315.5 lbs. on 12/24/01. The last one was the week I had been sick, so I expect to possibly see an upward gain when I weigh in on Monday, but it was sure nice to see that scale drop. :)I had a great time at Christmas and we had a very nice dinner. I made oatmeal-raisin cookies using the recipe in WW. The didn't look like oatmeal cookies at all and I looked up a regular recipe and that batch was beautiful. I was surprised to find out it only meant that I could eat one cookie instead of two...considering the two wouldn't have tasted like real oatmeal-raisin cookies (my favorites, too), I threw out (until rescued and ate them anyway...lol) the WW cookies. Some of the neatest things about being around is the way he notices things. He pointed out to me that my skirt hangs so nice now. He also came up behind me, smoothed his hands over my waist and hips and said, "I wish you could see the shape you're getting back here." The day we went to Tombstone, I wore a new top that fit very snugly. I walked out and as I walked out toward , he said, "Go look in the mirror and look at yourself." Immediatedly I looked down, thinking maybe my bra was showing or something, but said, "Go look, sweetheart, you're going to like what you see." Sure enough, I did look nice in my new top.My guy never misses an opportunity to not only notice, but tell me. He makes me feel desireable and as he says, "sexy...cause you are." By far, my honey is my best gift this year.I hope you all had a great Christmas and will have a wonderful New Year.Cris
