Guest guest
Just wondered if we drip the yogurt cheese in the refrigerator or at room temp? Thanks, Liberty " Don't curse the darkness . . . Hi , I haven't tried it, but I'm pretty sure you just sub the well dripped yogurt for the DCCC in any of the recipes. There are some on www.scdrecipe.com I think there is one in BTVC and maybe on pecanbread? I've dripped the yogurt overnight and it becomes very thick - much the consistency of cream cheese.
