These brands of probiotics are not legal for SCD.

Probio Gold contains inulin and is a multi-strain probiotic which

includes bifidus.

Culturelle contains inulin.

The NF Children's Probiotic contains FOS, rice protein and is a

multi-strain probiotic which includes bifidus.

You can read about inulin, bifidus and FOS on Elaine's website:

Just type those three words into the search feature to read why

each one is not allowed on SCD.

Hi Jody,

I take Culturelle. But the one I use has no inulin, just

Lactobacillus. There are two types.

Lynda

Celiac, IBS

Hi Jody,
