I'm on my second bottle of it. My son has had no negative gut backslides while on it. It's pricey but so is Klaire's. I plan to start rotating between Mercola and Klaire's Therabiotic Detox Support which has always worked well for us.

which one did you buy?  you have had success with it?  how many capsules/day?
