Guest guest
Good morning, Christel, Here is what my son is taking in regards to Vitamin A. 1. Klaire Lab Mycellized Vitamin A: 2 drops (1 drop = 5,000 IU Vitamin A) 2. Carlson's CLO: 2 teaspoons (1 teaspoon = 850 IU Vitamin A) 3. Kirkam Children's Chewable Multivitamin/Mineral Wafers: 2 wafers = 2500 IU Vitamin A From our testing (Zyto testing and Electro Dermal Testing), that the measles and mumps are cleared. There is a little Rubella left (9.0 on a scale of 10.0) (The closer to 10.0 the more the virus has cleared). I am still waiting for blood titers. Don't know how much stock to put in the blood titers though. Maybe, I am confused. Does the Vitamin A help combat Rubella also or just measles? My son is 40 lbs, and we did the high-dose Vitamin A in Dec 2009. Again, thank you for all of your help. Guest guest
and I are familiar with each other, yes.I live in SoCal so yes, I saw him. If you live out of state, you can do phone consults but first visit is in person.Just know that anything you're doing DAN related he absolutely does not approve of. I'm not sure if he approves of amantadine or not - we stopped seeing him 2 years ago. might know. Cheryl~http://www.gryffins-tail.blogspot.com~@midian42~ Good afternoon, Cheryl, I am running some tests and have my son on Valtrex and Amantadine for the remain viral issues. Did you have to physically see Dr. Goldberg? Can you send him the lab results and new patient info and begin receiving advice? I see a lot of similarities with my son and what Dr. Goldberg presents. Just FYI. Here is a site of an individual who did the Dr. Goldberg protocol and recovered his son. www.stopcallingitautism.com I just found out he lives 3 miles from me. Guess who just became my new bestest buddy???? LOL!!! Hope this helps, Jerry > >> > >>> > >>> Good afternoon, all, > >>> > >>> My son has visual stims when he gets excited. Guest guest
Good morning, Cheryl, Thank you. I am waiting for all the recommended lab tests to come back. I don't know if I can fund the whole family going to California. I may need to visit Dr. in Port Aransas, TX. Have you heard of Dr. Bruce and his relationship to Dr. G's protocol? I was told Dr. and the NNYAutismClinic are using the Dr. G protocol. Do you know if that is correct? I am going to call Dr. Bruce 's office. Thank you again, Jerry > > > >> > > > >>> > > > >>> Good afternoon, all, > > > >>> > > > >>> My son has visual stims when he gets excited. Guest guest
Good afternoon, Christel, Thank you. We did have measles issues when we started the Vitamin A protocol. I will stop the Vitamin A. Also, I will order the Kirkman CLO to replace the Carlson's CLO. Thank you so much!!! Jerry > > > > > > > > > Good afternoon, all, > > > > > > > > > > My son has visual stims when he gets excited. Guest guest
We have him on Nystatin right now. He was on GSE for a while and the really got "rid" of his yeast. Then the DAN doctor wanted him on Diflucan but that seemed like it was not working well for him. He was very constipated and his liver enzymes we elevated. So she put him on Nystatin. I just don't think the Nystatin is doing the trick. I am waiting it out for a couple more weeks and observing his behavior but I think we'll need something a little stronger. Does the Nizoral clear through the liver? To: mb12 valtrex Sent: Wed, April 28, 2010 7:48:38 PMSubject: Re: Visual Stimming: How to reduce? Yes. You really can't do it very successfully without an antifungal. If you had to take him off Diflucan, my suggestion would be to try Nizoral and keep a close eye on liver function. Cheryl~http://www. gryffins- tail.blogspot. com~@midian42~ Good afternoon, all, My son has visual stims when he gets excited. The stims are rubbing the thumb against each fingers beginning with the pinkie up to the index finger and repeating. For example, he stims when we are at the aquarium and he sees a school of fish or bubbles in the aquarium. Also, he stims when we play at the water fountain and he sees the water droplets form rings on the still water. We have the yeast under control, have address all but two viral issues (Herpes Zoster and Rubella are the last two), and has heavy metal issues (mainly mercury and arsenic per the French Tests). We did the Vitamin A protocol and are currently giving 15,000 to 20,000IU Vitamin A a day. Our main issue with my son is expressive language. However, if I can address the visual stims in the meantime, that would be great. Any suggestions for treatments? Supplements or herbs? Vision Therapy or Prism Lenses? Thank you in advance. Guest guest
Nystatin will not be strong enough. It's non-systemic. Yes, Nizoral will go through the liver. Any systemic antifungal will but that doesn't mean that all systemic antifungals will raise liver enzymes. But if you know Diflucan will, then try another. Also, add Milk Thistle to help the liver.
