Guest guest
Liz, I've been having this sweating stuff as well. If I exert myself at all, I get high pulse and have low BP. When I googled those together, it says Neurally Mediated Hypotension. http://www.healthy-holistic-living.com/high-pulse-low-blood-pressure.html When my symptoms began, and there were many including dizziness, high pulse low blood pressure, migraines, numbness on the left side of the body, difficulty walking, extreme pain in the muscles and nerves, excessive sweating, muscle weakness, blurred vision, fatigue, palpitations, chest pain, low body temperature, and severe nausea to name a few, I was at a loss as to what was happening to my body. And so were the doctors. You might check that out as a cause of sweating. Still looking for answers, Deb in MI - >

Guest guest
Hi Deb I have had POTS symptoms on and off for years, and have suspected I have that, too, although adrenal issues apparently mimic this stuff, so it is hard to tell. Its hard to tell if I am sweating less now that my HC dose is higher because it is colder outside now, but I think it may have made a difference. I will keep everyone updated. Are you going to see someone about your symptoms? Liz
Guest guest
Hi Louise I still wonder if these problems can be caused by adrenal fatigue. I think norepinephrine comes in to play and that is an adrenal neurotransmitter. I think it helps regulate the Auto. N.S. and controls blood pressure. Hmmmm Liz
Guest guest
Well, I overdosed on iron and since stopping the iron I feel much better and my bp is coming back down. But, my heart rate is higher than I'd like. I'm planning on getting all new tests next week. Thyroid, Saliva and sex hormones. It's much faster for me to go through econlabs.com then to go to my doctor who takes 3-4 weeks for blood work. I hate to pay when I have insurance now but heck I can get the results in a day from them. I need to know what's going on fast. I think my sweating may be related to the bi-identicals I've been taking that was prescribed by my doc. Thanks for the info I'll check into this. Guest guest
Liz, Unfortunately, I don't have a knowledgeable doc to go to, so I will just wait and try to work thru the adrenal issues. It stinks to be near a good medical school/hospital and them not knowing anything about this! How much T3 are you on? I will be backing mine down and seeing if this is in the mix as well. Do you also have the " no emotions " as well? It is weird to not feel anything - good or bad. Guest guest
Hi Deb My emotions are actually okay, although I am on antidepressants so my starting point is depression, therefor I might be atypical in the emotion department anyway! I am now down to 80 mcg of T3. I was on 100 for a little while, although despite the fact that my temps were good I didn't really feel any better and I was really sweaty! I feel a lot better now that I went up on the HC. I still can't quite tell if I am sweating less, but I think it might be helping. It is really hard to balance this stuff, isn't it? Guest guest
Hi Louise, Econolabs is great, I agree they are very fast. What bioidenticals are you on and how much T3 do you take? How much iron did you take when you overdosed? Did your iron panel come out high? Mine did when I was taking high supplemental doses...
