Guest guest
Your honey sounds so sweet. Better keep him. in CO My WI day and why.... LOL...I got up this morning and got into a pair of pants I had bought just prior to starting WW and they didn't fit on Nov. 1. I got up this morning and they fit...and then...got on the scale and gained 7.5 lbs. Go figure! My honey said...well, we did everything we were supposed to...we'll just put this down as a " get into new clothes, gain weight week " and go on from there. As much as my head said, this happens, it was my honey's words which lifted my spirits about the whole matter. Cris

Guest guest
We really put a lot of emphasis on the scale when it really doesn't deserve it. Getting into new smaller sizes is the real deal, so pat yourself on the back knowing you must be doing what's working!!! You know you are! You might want to try keeping measurements, too, so you can't let something like this get you down. Congrats on getting into that smaller size, > LOL...I got up this morning and got into a pair of pants I had > bought just prior to starting WW and they didn't fit on Nov. 1. Guest guest
Congrats on the smaller pants Cris!! is right - no matter what the scale says it's how the clothes fit :-) Are you sure about the gain?? That seems like a lot - maybe you've had a lot salt the past 24-48 hours?? Did you weigh with the pants on, maybe they're a heavy material?? Anyway, I'm sure it's temporary and you'll see a big loss next week!! Have a great day!! ~~ LOL...I got up this morning and got into a pair of pants I had bought just prior to starting WW and they didn't fit on Nov. 1. Guest guest
Wow!! Are you sure about that 7.5 pounds, that is an awful lot to gain in one week. Could it possibly be the clothes? I wouldn't worry about it. If you have done everything you should be doing and can fit into your new pants, then you are doing ok! Congrats on the new pants, that is sooooo exciting! Maureen (ps) keep the honey he sounds like a winner!!! > LOL...I got up this morning and got into a pair of pants I had > bought just prior to starting WW and they didn't fit on Nov. 1. Guest guest
Cris - I totally agree - how your clothes fit is so important. I would much rather gain a little and have my clothes fit better than lose and not be able to fit in my jeans. You must be doing something right - I'm sure you will see a loss next week.
