Guest guest
I am not sure, but oral DMSA can get the yeast to flare up, and out of control. She suggested the IV EDTA which will bipass the gut. You have to really be on it as far as the mop up part of the deal pectin, fiber , and charcoal...we do a lot of testing throughout the process.. I have been doing biomed with my son for like 4 years, and I am not sure who to believe anymore..I have talked, and met with a bunch of dr., and they each have their own spin.. There are times when more is not so good. I will line up all the supplements, and whatever I am giving him, and like cut 2/3rds of it out for awhile. I think he responds well to that, since he isn't sick to his tummy all the time. I just try to get better food in him.. It's better to get all the good stuff from food, than breaking pills apart, mixing them with juice, and cramming it in his mouth .On Fri, 18 Dec 2009 13:06:04 -0000 "S" wrote:> Is it okay to do both at the same time? I know there is a biofilm issue and a metal issue......torn on what to tackle first. If I can do both simultaneously, that would be great. We have a phone consult today with our sons Dr. about dealing with biofilm more aggressively. My instincts are telling me to deal with metals first. Any thoughts? Guest guest
So I guess you must do this at your doctor's office if he is taking the EDTA through an IV. Is there an advantage over oral EDTA? The EDTA is to break up the calcium layer of the biofilm, right? Once the biofilm is broken, do you then test to see what gut bugs it is hiding? Guest guest
i would think EDTA taken orally would cause yeast not be an antifungal but it would also depend likly on the dose taken Re: Biofilm/Chelation? Guest guest
Terri, , Christel, Do you have a solid step by step protocol you have used for Biofilm when metal are Aluminum, lead, copper @ arsenic. Then another to deal with Mercury?Thank you,ValenciaSent from my iPhone when you loosen biofilms chelators are needed in the same sence because you are suppose to be mopping up with activated charcoal and you can do things like selenium. chelators will loosen metals from organs you don't need to do that with biofilms they are already loose, you just want to escort them out of the body at that time and mop them up. that is why charcoal is part of it Biofilm/Chelation?> > > > > Anyone out there doing biofilm and chelating at the same time? Guest guest
biofilm is about breaking down the layers that hold metals, viruses, bacteria and yeast all together and protect it from treatment or holding good bacteria levels up or not advancing at all. which allows for max healing. it's not about one specific metal ect. HOWEVER that being said I would put selenium into the mix when doing it so that when you are releasing things you are mopping up and bindig with mercury so it can't redistribvute or bind to organs. this will help to flush it out of the body Biofilm/Chelation?> > > > > Anyone out there doing biofilm and chelating at the same time? Guest guest
This is an answer to the original question of doing chelation and biofilm at the same time.We are currently doing it and it is safe as long as you have a doctor monitoring you.By monitoring-- i mean doing regular UTM with UEE (urine toxic metals and essential elements) and checking safety labs regularly .We are doing EDTA pill form(1500 mgs ) as part of the Biofilm protocol and every 2 weeks, IV EDTA/DMPS ..   biofilm is about breaking down the layers that hold metals, viruses, bacteria and yeast all together and protect it from treatment or holding good bacteria levels up or not advancing at all. which allows for max healing. it's not about one specific metal ect.
