Guest guest
our DAN is not willing to do both at the same time, he said it would be very hard on the body Biofilm/Chelation? Anyone out there doing biofilm and chelating at the same time? Does anyone know if this is safe? We started mild biofilm protocol about a month ago. Stool is better, but not seeing any real gains yet. I know there is a biofilm issue and a metal issue......torn on what to tackle first. If I can do both simultaneously, that would be great. We have a phone consult today with our sons Dr. about dealing with biofilm more aggressively. My instincts are telling me to deal with metals first. Any thoughts? He does much better while on antibiotics. Thanks, Amy A.

Guest guest
I would think that you'd do it alternating, like maybe a month of biofilm, then a month of chelation, and on like that. The biofilm treatment will release stuff from the big glob of slime that has developed in their intestines. The stuff that is released may include bacteria, fungi, viruses and metals. So you want to be treating for the pathogens during biofilm treatment, some kind of broad spectrum natural herbal rotation is what I would do. My faves would be something like Biocidin, Olive Leaf and Lomatium, 10 days each. Then after a month, stop the active biofilm treatment, but keep doing things to help all the dead metabolites and viruses, etc. drain, lymph drainage, liver support, etc. and add your chelator. Anyway, that's how I see doing it so you don't dump too much stuff through the detox organs all at once. Guest guest
Hi , What are you using for Biofilm rupture? can you please post your protocol? I am a newbie in Biofilm protocols and doing DMSA but with results going down and down everyday. Please help if you don't mind it. Thanks, Sasmita Subject: Biofilm/Chelation?To: mb12 valtrex Date: Thursday, December 17, 2009, 7:32 PM One thing some people have found is that when doing a biofilm protocol , they get better pulls of heavy metals when chelating.. The thought being that a lot of heavy metals are actually in the biofilm itself. We are doing both, I mean we have started chelating with our biofilm deal. 2 rounds IV chelation. We have done rounds and rounds of oral DMSA, with pre & post testing. Very minor amounts of anything coming out. About 6 weeks ago we did an IV EDTA challenge at Dr. Useman's office with a 6 hour urine collection after.. had been on a biofilm protocol since October. Well, the Lead & Aluminum are off the charts !!! Dang !!!

Guest guest
Just got off phone with Dr. and he suggested not doing chelation (dmsa/ala) along with biofilm. Hmmmm? I guess I will do another month of biofilm. We added an antibiotic this month, zithromax, instead of biocidin. So, we will be doing biofilm defense, biochelate, and zithromax. He didn't recommend using Vancomyacin or Gentamicin. These two are used as a last resort type of thing. They are very strong and wipe out everything in the gut. In our case, our son does have some beneficial floral so he doesn't want to disturb that. We go to True Health Medical where Dr. Usmann practices, although we see one of her physicians assts. Guest guest
Milk Thistle is a mild iron chelator. If you are using it while chelating, then you are working on the biofilm too. Like I have said, DMSA can penetrate pseudomonas aeruginosa which is part of biofilm. Most of us are also using enzymes, probiotics, and charcoal at times during chelation too, it is not hard to use them on a " biofilm schedule " while chelating if you want, I do. You just have to make sure not to dose the charcoal close to a chelating dose. I wouldn't see any need for separating chelation from a biofilm protocol. > > > > our DAN is not willing to do both at the same time, he said it would be very hard on the body > > > > Biofilm/Chelation? > > > > > > > > > > Anyone out there doing biofilm and chelating at the same time? Guest guest
As you break up the biofilm metals, viruses, and bacteria are exposed. The theory is to use things to remove them from the body quickly so they are not reabsobed by the film. You need to use antivirals, antibacterials, chelators and anti fungals as you are breaking down the biofilm. To: mb12 valtrex Sent: Thu, December 17, 2009 3:22:36 PMSubject: Re: Biofilm/Chelation? Guest guest
when you loosen biofilms chelators are needed in the same sence because you are suppose to be mopping up with activated charcoal and you can do things like selenium. chelators will loosen metals from organs you don't need to do that with biofilms they are already loose, you just want to escort them out of the body at that time and mop them up. that is why charcoal is part of it Biofilm/Chelation?> > > > > Anyone out there doing biofilm and chelating at the same time? You will definitely need yeast control if you start chelating.
