don't think I've ever tried carrot juice to be honest,

I have a friend who had a sebacious (sp?) cyst on her

face and her doc wanted to operate to remove it...the

woman's never had one single surgery in her life and

determined not to make it her first...so she bought a

juicer and went on a liquid diet full of protein and

better stuff than she's ever consumed in her life!

She lost a ton of weight and the cyst...it completely

disappeared. The benefits were so marvelous for her,

she juices a meal a day now...at the very least, and

tries to fast totally once a week.

That's admirable...I guess I'm not very admirable

right now...but ya never know! I totally empathize

with you about the weight...you have company.

for the whine yesterday...I guess I was down in the

dumps, too, for some silly reason!
