Guest guest Posted June 26, 2000 Report Share Posted June 26, 2000 Okay, I went to Walmart yesterday to buy an OPK. When I went to leave the store this voice message alarm went off. The greeter lady made me go back into the store. I had two bags and a table that I bought. She takes the first bag and shakes it in front of the door. Nothing. She takes my other bag and does the same thing. The buzzer goes off again. So she goes through my bag takes out my OPK and wings that in front of the door. Sure enough it goes off. It had one of those plastic things on the side that needed to be swiped.I had to stand at this desk by the door while she decoded and logged it in a book. I was so embarassed. I did my best to hide it under my things at the check out so other customers wouldn't see. Why do all aspects of trying to get pg have to be a dilemma. Hopefully you won't have to buy those things again any time real soon, bc this will be your month! Here's hoping +++++ thoughts to you! But I didn't know if I would get a chance to get to Walmart during the week. Well I took my OPK yesterday and it was positive. So after all that I don't even need the new kit. So now I am driving my dh nuts. I thought I wouldn't O until the end of this week. I am cd15 today. I don't see how my lap could have made my O more normal. I am never on the 15th. So we already started practice bd on Thursday and have been on going every since. So hopefully I can get him to bd tonight. I don't want to miss this opportunity. Too bad you have those extra opks because I have a feeling you will not be needing them again++++++++++++ Related experience: A good friend of mine was at Target buying a bunch of stuff and she was at the checkout getting ready to write a check. She started looking through her purse for a pen to write the check and instead she grabbed a tampon only with a little too much force when she pulled it out, it flew across the checker to the next aisle! She was so embarrased, good thing she is one of those people that is outspoken and can laugh at herself! I will have to tell her your story!
