Guest guest
I completely agree with sam, there are benefits and drawbacks to every sort of age gap, and if you speak to five people with the same gap you will get five different answers. when i had DS3 i had three at home full time for 7 months, until i went back to work briefly couldn't cope !) and lots of people think that is very hard and it will be easier for the next baby as i will only have DS3 at home, but i think it probably be harder, as i have to leave home at 7.30 am to take the older two to school (30 mins each way) and schools don't like you being late whereras our 2 or 3 mornings at playgroup didn't matter. my gaps are 19 mo, 32 mo and presumably about 32 mo again, just the way it worked out, they are all capable of playing nicely with each other for hours, or for trying to murder each other within seconds of waking. we too have an unused spare room (well DH sleeps in it) and DS1 and 2 share a room, i have a sneaking suspision (sp?) that Ds3 would like to join them. Bedtime now, i'm making too many typos Curran SAHM to 25/10/93, 5/6/95, 15/2/98 and X? due around Tim's birthday Co-Chair and MVA Selby rural Branch
