The follicles are fine, i got the first dose of fertilisation today. It was kinda weird with the catheter and all but not sore, the gyn said the sperm count was good so i am praying hard this month. It can sometimes make it a bit harder as the swimmers have a funny angle to get around. My doc. suggested using the 'woman on top' positions or any 'rear entry' (giggle blush blush) positions, as they get a better angle that way. Funnily enough, we never paid attention, but the month I conceived, we did purely by chance, make love with me on top ( now I'm really blushing here!!!!!LOL) and well it worked, so maby there is some truth there. My doc also told me that when they do IUI in situations like that, they usually get the woman to lie on her tummy afterwards, instead of on her back, as it 'tilts' the uterus more in line, so the chances of the swimmers getting where they have to is better. Off course it depends which way yours tilts. Mine is to the back. Ask your doc. about that.
