Treatment time documentation requirements

I know that Medicare requires Total timed code treatment minutes as well as

Total Treatment Time documented. What we are currently doing is listing each

treatment and time we spent, but not totaling them up.

So, for example, we'll have 20 mins Therapeutic Ex, 25 mins Manual, 20 mins E

Stim-unattended. Does that suffice, or would we have to add TTT = 65 mins and

Timed codes = 45 mins?
