My son - 10 - threw a tantum this morning when I tried to give him his MB 12 shat at 6:30 ( he gets on the bus then).

So - do I stop - try lithium, try adrenal cortex, start chelating and start mb 12 again in a few weeks, or give it to him at 4:30 when he gets home?

He is a bad sleeper, but was not "extra" hyper on the shot this weekend. We did see increased language so I want to add it. I am just not sure if addressing the adrenals and anxiety would help.

you could try other forms of mb12. there is transdermal (drops),

lollipops, also I believe patches are available... also nasal spray, or

even sublingual helps in some cases (it is sometimes not well absorbed

if gut issues present...)

My son would not do the shots. Being a single mom, no one was there to hold him

down. Even with the Emla cream he woke up if I tried to do it when he was

sleeping and that caused trust issues. Eventually, I had to give up. We tried

the lollipops and they gave me lots of energy. My son was a little calmer and

brighter on them at first but overall, nothing huge.
