a little confused

Hello all. First off, thanks Jody for the head's up on commerical

yogurt, I haven't been to the store to check them out, but maybe my

local HFS would have the milk,milk solids and live cultures only

yogurt. I get that we need either approved commerical yogurt OR an

approved yogurt starter to make the yogurt, but what I am confused

about, does the final end product of homemade yogurt have enough of

the cultures (probiotics) or do we need to supplement probiotics such

as CP or Nature's Life? Am I confusing cultures with probiotics, I

thought they were the same thing? Sorry, another blonde moment. God
