Guest guest
, not feeling like eating is the body's response to being sick. Digesting food takes a lot of energy and the body needs the energy to fight infection somewhere else. Awhile back, I read a lot about fasting, enough to make me want to do a 10 day water fast. I did 5 days and then my husband couldn't stand the way I smelled anymore, so I had to stop. It is AMAZING what the body cleans up during a fast - I am an average weight, healthy-looking person and boy was I toxic! > > > > > > > > > > > Hello group, > > > > > > > > > > > We have a 4 year old that we started the GFCF diet > back in July.
