Guest guest
how i feel about real salt: i don't use it, period. anything with iodine in it, does wacky things to me. blah. Plus i need all the dang sea salt I can get. well i suspect that isocort may not be enough for you. what are your saliva results? And what are you doing for your low aldosterone? ya really need to get that aldosterone thing fixed before anything. it goes adrenals (aldosterone), thyroid, sex hormones. In that order. > > > > > > > > > From: purdeaux04 <alexandra_v@> > > > Subject: Re: waiting for rT3 to clear > > > To: RT3_T3 > > > Date: Wednesday, October 7, 2009, 12:17 PM > > > > > > > > > orthostatic hypotension can be another symptom of adrenal/aldosterone issues. > > > > > > > > > > > > ------------------------------------ > > > > > >
Guest guest
well generally when aldosterone is low, renin is high with adrenal insufficiency. So as you deal with your aldosterone issue, renin should follow. http://www.labtestsonline.org/understanding/analytes/aldosterone/test.html HIgh renin is the most likely culprit of your high bp since you're only on isocort. But dealing with your adrenals more aggressively may also help the bp issue (something stronger than isocort based on saliva results). Some ppl that support adrenals don't end up needing aldosterone. Its a case by case basis. HC has more of a mineral corticoid property so it indirectly helps aldosterone for " most " ppl. HOpe this helps. > > > > > > From: purdeaux04 <alexandra_v@> > > Subject: Re: waiting for rT3 to clear > > To: RT3_T3 > > Date: Wednesday, October 7, 2009, 12:17 PM > > > > > > orthostatic hypotension can be another symptom of adrenal/aldosterone issues. > > > > > > > > ------------------------------------ > > > >
