Any dry wine would be OK I'd expect. There's lots of rules when it

comes to winemaking, and usually there's no need to add sugar, I

don't think it's even allowed. Read the label on the front of the

bottle. A good liquor store will help you find a nice dry wine if you

can't find anything on labels. Organic wines have improved these last

couple of years, maybe worth a try.

Wines are rated in Ontario, Canada on a scale from " 0 " on up. SCD approves the

" zero " wines as they have no sugar.

My favorite is BARON PHILIPPE de ROTHSCHILD - Mouton Cadet Rouge

that can help find brands according to sweetness. Select " 0 " for

very dry.
