Guest guest
lisa, thanks for your suggestions. i have open lunch (where you can leave campus), so i will go home during lunch and try feeding her. even if she only eats just at that time, it would be better then not eating at all, right? also, i've been told that if she gets hungry enough that she'll eventually give up and take the bottle from my mom. again, thanks for your suggestions. jess On Sat, 20 Feb 1999 14:41:32 EST WyldKat2@... writes: >From: WyldKat2@... > >In a message dated 2/20/99 2:34:27 PM Eastern Standard Time, >jessijen@... >writes: > ><< most of you know i am returning to school on monday. well, since i >will > not be home all day with jennifer, i am going to pump and use >bottles. i > am so scared that she will not take the bottle for my mother thou. >does > anyone have any suggestions on how to make this easier? >> > >Have you started to give her a bottle yet? Guest guest
, I'm sure by the time lunch comes you will be running home to see your girl. Don't worry babies are really hardy she will be okay. My kids have never really taken a bottle from me. They will take it from others if I am gone, but not from me. They only wanted the breast. The suggestions that everyone gave for the baby refusing a bottle can be used for her to help prevent it. Wrapping the bottle in a used shirt of yours or bare skin while giving the bottle. She might take it no problem you just never know with those little people. Make a deal with your mom that she will call you at school if she cries longer than a specified time. That way you can relax at school knowing you will get a call if things go bad. Just remember that by fininishing your education you are giving your daughter a future to count on. That's the greatest gift you can give her. I applaud your courage and trust that your sweet baby will be fine and will love you all the more for this sacrafice. Good Luck! Wendi suggestions?? most of you know i am returning to school on monday. well, since i will not be home all day with jennifer, i am going to pump and use bottles. i am so scared that she will not take the bottle for my mother thou. does anyone have any suggestions on how to make this easier? ___________________________________________________________________ You don't need to buy Internet access to use free Internet e-mail.
