I write down:

Date

Weight

Exercise

Amount of Water I have had

Every morsel of food that goes in my mouth with points

Any banked points

And any thoughts I have about the choices I have made that day with food,

exercise, clothing, emotions, etc....

Really keeps me accountable to myself!

<< Hi

I am just curious...to those of you who journal...what do you include? Do you

just write down what you ate, etc?

Thanks

Yes, write down everything that you eat and drink. You should keep track of

your points as well as how much water you drank and how many fruits and veg

you ate.

Hi Marcia!

As the old WW saying goes... " If you bite it...write it! " When I'm really good

with my journaling, I will also include my water intake and the amount of

exercise I get in for the day as well as any unusual happenings that might

affect my eating. It really does help and makes you accountable for what you

are putting in your body. It also is an aid in determining what eating patterns

work best for your body. Happy journaling!

I write down EVERYTHING. Every bite. I use eTools so I also mark off little jugs of milk when I fulfill a milk requirement, as well as a tomato for a fruit or veggie and a glass of water for water. Sometimes when I feel out of control I will journal for the whole day and stick to only what I have written down. Hope this helps you! journaling HiI am just curious...to those of you who journal...what do you include? Do you just write down what you ate, etc?ThanksMarcia
