Guest guest
Curriculum Vitae here in the States generally means either a resume (grave accent over that last e) for a job or professional position or the sum of one's achievements for receiving an award. Medieval Latin and Hellenistic Greek also govern our medical terms--or as we say in English about incomprehensible matters: "It's Greek to me," which for those of us who deal with doctors, it certainly often is, alas. My father allowed me to take both Greek and Latin in secondary school, provided that I take two years of typing. (believe it or not)! Love to you and to , Reb, and to all coping with Latin and Greek terms here. n
