" His teacher is complaining that he is no longer socializing, that

he is more dazed, and that he needs more prompting.

We stopped all supplements when we started the diet; maybe

that is part of what is hurting him. Any ideas??? "

Carol,

What supplements were you giving before you started SCD and

what made you decide to stop all of them when you started

SCD?

Owen was taking a long list of supplements, and I cannot find legal

replacements for all of them. Also, I read that once his food

absorption increases, he may not need the supplements.

Here's the list: calcium, B6/magnesium, TMG, taurine, carnitine,

zinc, selenium, molybdenum, allithiamine (for chelation), cod liver

oil, vitamin C, detoxification aid pro-support, acidophilus

chewables. I think that's all.

Welcome Carol,

Some of this may be die-off. Some use epsom salt baths and /or

activated charcoal to help ease some of the die-off symptoms.
