Higher pain tolerance?

I'm on 125 mcg cytomel now. I'm waiting on my blood test results, should get them back in a couple days. I'm feeling FANTATSTIC! Better than I can really ever remember feeling!

One weird thing I'm noticing...I think I may have a higher pain tolerance than I did before. I've had the most unbelievably painful periods, and can't really find a cause for the amount of ain (checked, no endometriosis). It's so bad I usually have to take vicodin or percocet AND a muscle relaxer and even then I just stay in bed with a hot water bottle and cry for a couple days, can't even get up to go to the bathroom by myself sometimes.

Last cycle was really mild. I think I only took one vicodin, and a few tylenol/ibuprofin. Some days I didn't have to take any pain meds at all!

Also I'm doing my second IVF. Last time I was in absolute agony from early on. This time the shots hurt way less, and my ovaries hurt way less too. I almost thought it wasn't working as well because the pain was so much less, but the doctor told me I had over 30 follicles again (as much or more than last time!). The ultrasounds haven't hurt as much either so far. Hopefully that luck continues for the egg retrieval! (last time that was the worst part). I asked if it was normal for it to hurt less the second time and he said no.

So the only thing I can think of is that the thyroid meds must be helping,and my rt3 must be clearing out? Has anyone else had this experience? It's so awesome to have something GOOD to report finally!
