3 bites of leftovers from last night 4

3oz of fat free mozzerella 2

2 tsp fat free grated cheese 1

tomato sauce 1

Snack

1/2 cup of 2% milk 1.5

1/2 serving of deep dish apple bake 3

1 oatmeal cookie 2

various "bites" during the day 3

total 32

banked points 3 (18.5 since Wednesday's WI)

activity points 0 no excuse why, just didnt. :(

water 45oz straight water, 60oz decaf coffee, 6oz diet coke
