As for the Wendie plan, that's kind of how I do it anyway and works better for your hungry v. non-hungry days. I think it is more like how we usually eat and it shakes it up so you body doesn't get comfortable with the exact same amount. I like it much better, but it certainly couldn't hurt. You will know right away if you like it or not and I have heard many people say it got them past a plateau. > To the 170's that is!!! woohoo!!! Lost 2 pounds this week. Which > brings me to 168.5.
