Martha,

I understand what you mean...applying for Disability can be extremely

frustrating. I got denied the first time, but my appeal letter must

have done the trick because I got it after that. I think you should

try one more time, or maybe even talk to another lawyer about what you

can do. What helped me was talking to a Social Worker...she seemed to

know a lot about appealing this sort of thing. Hope it works out for

you, and sorry you are having a hard time.

Hi Martha,

Your not rambling at all - you're just echoing a jam that many of us find

ourselves it (presently, I'm tempted to go to my boss and ask him to LOWER

my salary because I may be in a bit of a jam myself in a bit). Is there any

chance you can handle a two front war ? I mean re-appeal (with lots of

medical certification) and look for a new job? I only say this because it

helps to have options. During that six month wait, you might be able to

earn a few bucks....

,

Thanks I will check that site. I have others problems that make it

hard for me. My kidney doctor imform me that I have lost most of my

muscle mass. I have one of the worst cases he has seen they have yet

to get my swelling under control. Also I have a very thin wall in my

kidneys that separtes that blood and urine that can break. Aa well as

some other problems. Tendenist in foot, temors, asthma, feet seizures

and I am a cyst producer. So it's a really pain, they have me on 9

meds and 3 creams. My last creatine was at (for a 24 hour) 1.0. My

cratinine clearance was 73.6 and protein (24 hours) was at 5.28. They

have a hard time getting it under control it has yet been any where

normal. Since I was diagnose. I was about 98-99 that I was found out.

So I am trying to keep postive.
