Guest guest
The crust on this is SOOO low-fat!! Chocolate Chip Ice Cream Pie 1/2 c fat free chocolate syrup 1/3 c semisweet chocolate chips 2 c crisp rice cereal (I used Coco Krispys) 1/4 c low fat sour cream 1 quart fat free vanilla ice cream-softened (or whatever flavor you want, just adjust the points accordingly) Coat the bottom and sides of a 8 inch pie plate (can also double recipe and use a 9x13 cake pan) with Pam. Combine chocolate syrup and chocolate chips in a small microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on HIGH until hot, about 45 sec. Stir until smooth. Reseve 1/4 cup of the chocolate mixture. Combine remaining chocolate mixture and cereal in a medium bowl and mix to coat cereal. Press mixture over bottom and up sides o f pie pan. Freeze until firm about 15 min. Combine reserved chocolate mixture and the sour cream in a small bowl and mix well. Spread half the ice cream in the prepared pie plate. Drizzle with half the sour cream mixture. Top with remaining ice cream and drizzle with the remaining sour cream mixture. Freeze pie covered, until firm about 1 hour. Master Cook says 182 cals, 2 g fat, 1 g fiber for 4pts......BUT Master Cook could not figure the fat free syrup......so I think it could be less than 4pts. The drizzled chocolate gets hard like Magic Shell topping!! I take this to all the summer functions I go to. Moe
