My son took this for over a year. Just please go VERY slow. That

stuff is so powerful. If you get the powder, give a sixth of a scoop

and work up. That stuff rocks though. We don't use it anymore bec.

it is not legal, but def. the most powerful probiotic I have seen.

Good luck and go slow.

Sometimes there are instances where an illegal supplement does good in which

case you might choose to continue with it.
