Guest guest
Gretchen, and , Just curious: Are you more comfortable walking around in bare feet, or in shoes? I would rather be barefoot the rest of my life, because my feet aren't in half the pain and I seem to be more stable. The burning, everything feels alot better. Strangely enough, My back seems better too. When I go outside, around the house, I wear thick soled slippers, and I don't feel the stones, etc... as much as when I'm wearing shoes. The slightest stone can, when I'm wearing the shoes, can cause me to fall. Anyway, just curious, Michele Also: I love baking soda too, in my bath, on my feet, and even in my laundry.... What a wonderful invention.
Guest guest
Michele, I was advised by my doctor not to walk barefoot because you can step on something and not even know it until it becomes a big problem later. I am usually very careful to always wear slippers, shoes, socks, etc. Sometime recently I got careless. When I had a pedicure last week they found a splinter embedded in the ball of my foot. Luckily, it had not abscessed yet and they got it out. I will be very careful from now on. C
