Guest guest
i can't really say.... i had lost him 4 months prior and had a hard time to getting control of him again, so he was king of not there?? to begin with.... i do not know what side effects u r looking for but i guess i would say no, because he did not get better and he did not get worse, there were no signs he was even taking anything........ however while he was taking it i went to the scd diet for a week and the results in combination with that were amazing, he was perfect for that one week! it is a good drug, it is just way more expensive than the others so doctors only got to when the others do not work... Sporonox Has anyone used this for yeast? If so, what were the results? Thanks,

Guest guest
not all labs are accurate-- I would not rely on them 100 percent. In our experience treating the symptoms is what helped our son.Not every child will experience die off-- some just have gains (or no improvement in symptoms). Guest guest
Diflucan works somewhat, but Amphocetericin works the best. Guest guest
Hi It has worked better than Diflucan and Ketoconazole for our daughter. We are also doing natural antifungals and threelac though. The best combination for us so far is Sporonox (Generic name - Itraconazole), GSE+ No Phenol and threelac. We give her GSE+No phenol in the morning and lunch time and threelac at evening. We are also using Candex, Niacin and Biotin. Our daughter started Valtrex one month ago and we had started her on Diflucan 1 week earlier. Yeast was going out of control and after three weeks on Valtrex and Diflucan we changed to Valtrex and Itrocanazole (Sporonox), besides the others mentioned earlier, and 4-5 days later she started to control yeast. She had IV Gluthathione and IVIG last week (that usually cause yeast to increase) but she has been doing fine. Even with some sugar (a GF lollipop and some raisins) she had during this Halloween weekend, she had a excellent day at therapy and school today (usually any minimal amount of sugar would cause bad yeast and difficult day at school). This combination is working for us and it is allowing us to start seeing the gains of Valtrex. I hope it helps. Mariluz > > > > We've used it.
