Guest guest
This is a disgrace of an article. Sure less refined sugar sources have some substances which can benefit a diabetic. But these substances can be found in any number of foods, such as the example of tea mentioned in the article. All examples they considered are fully laden with carbs. One could in principle have a cup of tea and add a large amount of refined sugar and have some form of the same mixture of the beneficial substances and sugar sources they like. With several sweetener choices for a diabetic to sellect from there is no place for this disgrace of an article. One notes the study was done by a group from brazil, one of the world's largest producers of sugar. XB IC|XC
