Guest guest
I second your WooHoo!! What a great feeling - you must be so happy!! Over the weekend my oldest daughter needed some pants to wear (I hadn't done laundry yet!!) so I gave her a pair of my "wish box" jeans - and they fit her!! They're too long, but fit just fine otherwise. I was thinking about how I wore those just two years ago and I can't believe how much she is growing!! I'm not ready to share clothes!! Lauryn's ear is fine I'm sure - she's done taking the Zithromax. My left ear is better but the infection in my right ear isn't going away. I've always had ear problems from the time I was 3 months old!! The hair dryer helps a lot!! You have a great day too parading around in those little clothes!! ~~ A big "WooHoo!" coming from the mountains of NC! I finally got my winterclothes out of storage and also took out my "wish box". You know, the box ofclothes that we hang onto and "wish" we could still wear. Well, anyway, I cannow wear the clothes in my wish box!!!!!!!!! Some are still not exactlycomfortable in the waist but they still look pretty good! I guess I just havemore incentive to keep going. Thanks gang for all the recipes and support! - How are your family's ears? Better I hope.Zephyr - How is everything going with the baby? Any new developments in thebirth-mother's health?Everybody have a wonderful WW day!

Guest guest
- Woo Hoo on fitting in to your winter clothes. I think we all have a " wish box " or some outfit we want to wear. I have a pair of jeans my girlfriend gave me that are too small for her. I would love be able to wear them and I know down the road I will. Keep up the great losing! Guest guest
, That is a big WOOOOOOO HOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!! What an awesome feeling. That is the kind of thing that does help me to carry on with this journey. Well I took off tomorrow to take the birth mother to the doctor we had many many apt. to catch up with and I called her to double check with her today, As I suspected she backed out of it and says she will go on Tuesday now. I do not mean to complain, but I do not get paid when I do not work because I work on commission and with all the expenses right now I can not afford to be off. I tried not to let it get me down today and as a result I have done well with the food. I am grateful that we only have another month to go so there is an end in site for this roller coaster. On a happy note my coworkers gave my husband and I the most beautiful baby shower on Monday, there love and support through this is just unbelievable. , thanks for asking about this topic, I worry that I will bother people with this because it is not on topic so I try to limit my posts. Glad to read your updates and look forward as always to reading more from you. Be well. Zephyr WooHoo A big "WooHoo!" coming from the mountains of NC! So of course we are here for you and thats what I love about being part of this group.... its like WW, Its a change of our lifestyle and therefore our lives are bound to affect it and this group like our meeting groups are here to help you with all of that! We all are behind you supporting you in the adoption. Just keep on trudgin! and post as often as you need JENN WooHoo A big "WooHoo!" coming from the mountains of NC! Guest guest
Zephyr, I am a birth mother, and I am furious with the birth mother of your child. When I gave birth to my daughter (I know she is not really my daughter -- in my view, the mother is the person who raised her, but I gave birth to her) I was all alone. I had no idea who would be adopting my baby (my choice)(I have my reasons why I wasn't involved in picking her " family " and I am happy to talk to you about that if you want to e-mail me.) Your birth mother should bless her lucky stars for you. She is so lucky!! I don't really know what I am trying to say except your birth mother should take advantage of the wonderful people you and your husband are. The daughter I gave up for adoption will be 11 on December 10, and my ultimate dream is that I will meet her someday. I admire you for everything you are going through and you are still losing weight and you have quite smoking. WOW. When I quit smoking, I put on a skillion pounds. Sorry I have rambled on so much. If you ever need to talk to someone who has gone through what you are going through, but from the birth mother's side, let me know. Have a great weekend.
