working out question

Hey gang, normally, I work out 7 days a week, 30mins to an hour. Lately I'm

just exhausted, and the workouts that used to be a breeze are now much more

challenging. Actually, I overslept this morning, which never happens. I don't

know if I should take a break for a night from the workout, or if it may be from

not eating veggies the last couple of days. I've been within points, but money

was tight until payday today, so there was no money for fruits and salads. It

was pretty much low-fat hotdogs on wheat bread. Any ideas? I'm going to the

grocery store tonight for fruits and veggies, but I'm concerned because of my

fatigue level as of late.
