Guest guest
" We started goat yogurt a few days ago, but our ASD son started waking up and crying at night. It could be that we gave him too much, but we just want to be sure and remove the diary. " The thing with goat's yoghurt seems to be SLOW INTRODUCTION AT ALL COST. It cannot be stressed enough. Question: * Do you see ANY positive changes? * Are you prepared to re-start the goat's yoghurt BUT with minimal amounts? After a couple of days off? * You can always decide to do the nut yoghurt, but in a diet where one has to prepare almost all foods at home, even a little bit less work is more than welcome.
