Been having a LOT of joint pain/stiffness all over - don't know if it'sweather, attempting to exercise more (the very first thing,so very low-impact), the Lenten fast (lack of Bs, maybe?) a new flare tryingto sneak in, or a combo plate from the above list....Am thinking of trying a glucosamin-chondroi tin product. going to give it a try – the worst it can do is kill me, right? ;-) Any
