Is he only taking 250 mg 1x a day? If so, that's not enough. Proper dosage is 3x a day.I wouldn't bump up to 500 mg until he's settled in on 250 3x a day.

Dear All,

I wish to know the correct dosage for my son Tiziano :

3,7 years old, 15-16 KG (33,06 pound) with PDD-NOS.

We are now on 12th day with 250 Mg of assumptions without suffering any side effect up to now ... only a bit of hyperactivity without problems.

A very light rush on his face, but I suspect it may be die off from Diflucan(already happened).

Can I raise dosage up to 500 Mg ??

We've end with chelation and we stand on the correct range for mercury now...

Improvements found with Valtrex : more social behaviour, relation.

I would. My son was about that same weight when we went up to 500.
