So it is ok to be giving 2 or 3 natural antifungals at one time?? I always thought it had to be on a rotation of some kind? Can anyone elaborate more on their scheduling/dosing of the natural antifungals? I was doing OoO, and after working up to more than 3 drops a day she was carrying on, crying and grabbing at her privates and lower stomach. I know laura said that it can cause stomach pain so I added fiber along with it. Not sure if it was pain from the OoO or die off?? Seems to have lifted a little of the fog.

Thanks.

Re: OoO and GSE

Toni,

The drops can taste kinda gross. I used one drop and upped each time by one drop until he figured it out. I dosed 3 times a day. So, I gave one drop (if he didn't notice) the second dose, I gave him 2 drops, (if he didn't notice) I gave him 3 drops -- and once he noticed, I dropped it back one drop, and worked it from there..

Honestly I got stomach pain from it too, so don't go crazy! And if I may suggest, do one at a time. Once you get the OoO on board for a week, then the next week add something else.

I went NUTS the first month, and realized I was torturing myself and my child (and brother)...Month #2, I did one thing at a time for 7 full days and added something new.
