Guest guest
... It seems when I try to do anything form of exercise I get that very ill feeling. Like I'm coming down with the flu. I get nauseated and have chills that night. I know this doesn't make any sense and it sure has the doctors stumped. But, inside my body, it feels like a chemical is being released as I exercise. Soon after that feeling comes on is when I start to feel very ill. Now, as for the weight, you're doing so well. 10 lbs is wonderful since, if I remember correctly, you didn't gain all that much weight while on the Prednisone, or did you? I know what you mean about the face. I wanted my face to get back to normal as soon as possible. Guess I'm vain.... I can tell you that my next visit with the nutritionist is going to be interesting. I do eat more of everything she wants me to eat but I'm not only gaining weight I'm also having terrible cravings 24/7. Something I didn't have before when I was doing it the other way. I think this is good for a person that can jog a mile every day but not for one that sits mostly. I woke up this morning and see an extra chin and no cheek bones.... I almost cried. Of couse, maybe it's just the mirror.... ya think? lol Oh well, I'm upset at myself and she will be too. What else is new... damned if you do and damned if you don't. Take care, Vicki
