Guest guest
Hi , re malabsorbition, did you try it alongside vitD in the past? Nuts are a good source, esp. almonds, also greens like kale broccoli etc. whitebait fish is very rich in calcium if you can find it, small fish in general – sardines and similar would be excellent as eaten with bones. Also if you can do good bone stock/soup, boiled for many hours… Most asd kids do not tolerate calcium, many cases of regression on it (inc when levels are low). Most of those who tolerate it take it with magnesium. There are exceptions to the rule, few kids/adults out there who do well on suppl calcim on its own and seem to really need, mostly higher functioning or nearer recovery.
