How much starter should I use?

Do you mean I should just ferment vegetable juice by itself or serve

him the juice from the fermented vegetables?

Mimi I am not clear what fermented vegetables are. Could you please explain more

about them?

Yes,that is what I meant. Cabbage juice would be a great juice to

start with.

Try using about the same amount of CP starter that you use for the

yogurt. The CP starter is very new for us,so I am not sure about the

exact amount.

In the early days of our list,we used this book for recipes for

fermented vegetables:

Nourishing Traditions: The Cookbook that Challenges Politically

Correct Nutrition and the Diet Dictocrats

by Sally Fallon, G. Enig PhD.

Please note that this book was written for people with healthy

digestion. Not all the recipes are SCD legal.
