Please answer whatever you are comfortable sharing. Thanks! 1) Do you offer a referral bonus to staff? 2) Do you offer a referral bonus to the new hire being referred? (aside from any sign-on bonus that you may or may not do) 3) Sign-on bonus? 4) Student loan repayment?
