Guest guest
Hi, Since I'm trying to figure all of this out as fast as possible, I have a question regarding probiotics that have bifido. in them. My lab results (Comprehensive stool analysis from Doctors Data) showed that my bifidobacter was the lowest (1+) and I went out and purchased a bifido probiotic supplement that I started taking about a week ago. From what I'm learning from reading all the SCD info on the website is that I shouldn't be taking this, right? Anyone know why taking a " good " probiotic is bad for us (especially when I know that I am very low in this one)? Thanks so much for all of your help. Liberty " Don't curse the darkness . . .
