Guest guest
... I asked her about bagels. She said the plain white ones were not good for me but I could have the wheat or rye ones... especially if they had a lot of seeds on top of them. My bread must also have seeds in and on top of the bread for more protein. You don't have to worry about weight but the wheat or rye might give you more energy than the plain white one. She also told met to have Rye bread at least once or twice a week...but can't remember why...lol Have you ever used the Scutters (spelling I think is wrong) real peanut butter? Before you use it you have to turn it upside down to get all the oil to the top so you can mix it. Oh it's great... she wants me to go back to that because it's better for me rather than the regular stuff. OK... Love it anyway. Another thing is sunflower seeds, they're good for you. Pecans are very good for you... nothing roasted though. As far as yogurt goes... can you make your own? I mean is it something easy a person can do?
