What are these bumps about???

My son has small bumps all over the top of his back. You wouldn't notice unless

you look close or run your hand over it. They are mostly flesh colored and

slightly pink in other places..also a few scratches like he has been itching,

but I never see him do it. The first time I saw this rash on him, I took him to

the dr and she diagnosed him with Scarlet Fever (strep) and he tested positive

for strep. He IS just coming out of a PANDAS flare. Could this be related??? I

am wondering what this means.
