charcoal administration help please

hi,

i'd like to give my son some charcoal to mop up what i think is serious die off

but im so freaked out by it and i need exact step by step directions. i want to

make sure what i have is correct too -- so here is the info on the bottle:

its 100% pure activated charcoal

serving size 2 capsules

is this the right stuff? it got my fingers all black -- is this right?
