Therapy Week for Medicare Part A SNF

I am looking for a reference that indicates the therapy week for patients

receiving part A services under Medicare. The RUG levels with minutes and days

per week are very clear. The therapy week is elusive. Is this the day of

admission through day 7, Sunday through Saturday, or some other variation?
